Welcome to juice life! We will discuss some pros & cons of juicing. We will juice 1 recipe. I will provide 4 more recipes for you to try on your own. A juicer is recommended but not required but is more beneficial when taking the class.
Ingredients for class: 1/2 pineapple or chunks, 1 green apple, 1 large cucumber, 1 lime & 1 small piece of ginger
Juicers I’ve used or currently using: cold press juicer, joy bear slow masticating machine extra large chute & Hamilton beach big mouth juicer.
Details
Blender can be used as well.
If you are allergic to any of the products we are juicing please contact me for substitutions.
Have your products cleaned and ready to juice. I recommend soaking them in water and vinegar for 10 minutes before washing.
Additional items: knife, cutting board, strainer (optional), container/cup for the juice
